Non-Resolution of Complaint since last 13 Days

I had logged a complaint of Refrigerator's Freezer Door not closing properly. Field Engineer came and said that as he is not have the required spares, he is unable to solve the complaint. He was also not sure, when the required spare will come to him. After 13 days, when i called him, he said that he had received the door but that was the main door and not the freezer door. Please understand all of you that LG is writing very big big statements that any call will attended 2-1-1 manner. In my case it is 2-13-1 manner. Shame on you LG. I have decided that I SHALL NO MORE PURCHASE LG PRODUCTS. I have 4 ACs, a Refrigerator & 1 washing machine of LG. That's all and now no more...
