My Name is Vipin Dattani

I have bought your LG SXS Refrigerator

This is third time this year I had this problem.

I had requested and log a complaint on 5th October and Complaint no is C10A0411813 spoke to your Vadodara Service point. I was told that there is no part for this Refrigerator and will need to order and should be here in 4 to 5 days. Its 9 days and still nothing!! I had reminded your Service center but no positive reply.

I used to trust your product but now loosing faith in it. The product should not have any problem but in last year only I had to call your engineer three times.! What is wrong!!!

This is not good. I think you are losing good customer who use to trust your product

I hope you can do something to put this right.
