I Have Purchased One LG- Refrigerator (Bearing Model No: GL-328LAGY and Serial No:- 805LPMP001211) From Electronic Point - Chotu Ram Chowk Rohtak, on 03/10, also I Had Taken AMC (LG Happy Living Plan - for Three Years) Which Starts on 11/05 and Ends on 10/05, I Had Made One Complaint at LG Customer Care Bearing Complaint NO: C108A2302502, Dated: - 23/10 Regarding Cracks In inner Body of Refrigerator and Body Parts, Supervisor visited and told That he will Talk to Company and Parts Will Be Replaced, on last days of October, I again Called LG Customer Care they told me to Call at 09991090271, on Calling This Number Madam Told That Company Person (Supervisor) will Come and Take Photos of Cracks Parts but till date No One Called / Came to us and told That What will Be The Solution, Fear always Stays That anyone Might Not Get Shocked due to this, Please Make Solution as soon as Possible, I Will Be Thankful To You
