Dear Sir,
I bought an LG Refrigerator in June from ezone, Pune. It's in Warranty period and having issue
with cooling system.
After registering complaint in service center (020-39010909),
nobody is attending to the problem properly.
Its 3 weeks now in this hot weather and every time we get to hear just one
thing from customer care that the engineer will call in 24 hours. They also provide me a contact
number of senior person (Sweta - 9823317024) but nobody is receiving a call on that number
So far company has not taken action against my complaint.
