POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

I own an LG Refrigerator. I had lodged a complaint at there customer care center. Please refer RNA 110720023908. i have decided not to recommend any LG product to friends and relatives. Rather i am going to do negative publicity about LG after sales service. Your head supervisor MR Sunil Tyagi phone no 886060701, has been handling our complaint very lightly. if a company cannot provide a new spare part of a fridge, you have no right to advertise and dupe the customer. its almost a month me and my family have been suffering because of LG's not so bothered attitude. THE COMPANY TECHNICIAN'S TOOK 2 WEEKS TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM. NOW WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE THERMOSTAT PART FROM THE COMPANY. BUT COMPANY HAS NO ANSWER AS TO HOW LONG WE HAVE TO WAIT.
