mailed message to [email protected]: I had purchased 350 lts refrigerator model number GL 366DMQ few years back from RA Electronics Vadodara. After a year the handle of lower door got broken which I could got replaced through your service center. This problem became recurring. It is because of the fact that curved HDPE handle is having a joint in the center. That is a week point for its damage.
Few months back same problem occurred & also the bulb is not lighting. I personally went to your service center but with out any definite response to get the spares required.
Regarding same i contacted toll free number on 15.06.11. They SMS request ID RNA 110615087669. After follow up the service person visited & informed that the bulb & handles are not available & could not tell the date when it will come. There was a call from your Mumbai office & the status was informed.
Got message to contact Vivek Mehta A'Bad. He did not respond & informed to Noida office

on 19th July they asked me to contact Mehta at Ahmedabad office. No response I sent SMS a service engineer came on 22nd & informed to inform the date when spares will reach from Noida office. I went on following by sending mails 21st, 22nd, 25th July & 8th & 10th August requesting to arrange for handle as Mr Kaushik of their local office informed that it has to come from Noida.
Broken handle has caused injury to my & wife hand.
I informed that please expedite otherwise I may report to consumer forum but same remained unreplied
