Your Engineer came on 2nd october & changed the Gas but still no use, Again the deep frezzer got choked.

I called your service station who used to call us for the visit of Engineer & after his visit also they called & said if the problem arises please tell us, but when we called them they saying first register your complaint & then we call you.

We request you to kindly solve the problem as we are facing lots of problem due to this as we can't keep anything in the refrigerator.

Your immediate action will be highly appreciated.
