I have complained via phone (Complain no L1070303301, L1080722760, L1090120422). The complain was too much noise coming out from Refrigerator (Model No GRL1217w7Q). LG people attended 3 times but nothing was done to solve this problem, FInally they told that they would replace the refrigerator. But as on date nothing happened. This is Korean product for you.

I curse myself to have purchased such a bad product from LG India
