Dear sir, i jitendra p chhadva frm matunga (mumbai) had complain regarding my refrigerator.a technician from aditya services vikhroli west who is authorised service provider of LG.a technician came thrice to repair my product.and it got spoilt within hour of his repairing.he changed the timer part.again it got spoilt he installed new timer.again it got spoilt twice.after contacting the technician.he is not replying.sumhow i got the number of aditya service and he told part which he installed was temporary and he doesnt have the exact part of the product.then y did he installed that temporary part and he didnt informed us about the part.his name was junaid from aditya services.and when i called aditya services to send the technician again.they said complain again at our main center.i complained there and he sent complain to neutron services.neutron services called me and said we dont do service for low products.then y do your service center gives them service.and told me to again call at main center and tell them to transfer complain to other service center.it seems i am worker to do all this work.its such bad service from LG INDIA.SHAME ON YOU.
