Sir,

I purchased 6.5kg LG washing machine model no WF-T7519PV from LG shoppe, Ashwani Electro world, 236-Harjinder nagar, Kanpur, with festive offer of steam iron worth Rs.899 on 25-10-11. I was promised to get the steam iron a few days later. Inspite of repeated requests, i could not get the promised item even after 2 months and has to return with humiliation. I felt cheated. Please advice.
