3rd free service pending, called custoemr care no responds

This is with reference to the servicing of my LG 1.5 Ton Window AC. In this regard, my 3rd free servicing was booked vide on 19th July RNA 110730021115, on 22nd july, 27th july, again on 3rd aug RNA 110803042966, no responds so far i am following from july onwards no responds from customer care against complaints, Kindly provide me an escalation matrix with email ID's and contact numbers to report the above to higher people.
