I bought LG split AC, 1ton capacity on 26th April from Sales corner, Kothi Vadodara. After use of 4 days, we found the AC is not working properly, we contact the customer care, and after repetitive follow ups and requests, they have given the replacement of Compressor only. After that, we were out of town for 10 days, when we came back and checked the AC, its once again not working properly. LG technicians do not know from where the leakage is. So, i want both units to be replaced. I am continuously following up with LG customer care since saturday, but till time, my AC has not been replaced.
I humbly request to take care of my problem ASAP.
