Purchased one split a/c of 1.5 ton capacity on 19/9 but after the waranty period i went for a AMC ON 20/4 AGANIST a happy living plan Mc no 007295 dt 20/04 and a lodged a complain aganist RNA120425049746 ON 24/4 your representative came and he founded that there is a gas leakage and he said that the machine will have to be taken to the workshop but till date nothing has happened. sorry to say but the service of your kolkata office is spoiling the reputation of the company. my contact no is 9836323157
