Dear Sir/Madam,

I wanted to replace the filtering unit in my Philips water filter. After a series of unattended calls, i was able to log a service request (request# 190404). Even after 3 weeks, i am not able to get it replaced. Each day, the response that i get it that it will be done tomorrow. The appliance showroom had given me 2 numbers of the philips service center 04842112049 and 04842110248, both of which are rarely attended. Can anyone please look into this.
