GAS LEAKAGE

Dear Sir

I have purchased a LG Split Airconditioning unit for my resindential house and the dealer has installed the machine in July from a local dealer Raju Eloectricals, Lake View Road, West Mambalam, Chennai. Since its installation, there was a gas leakage problem as a result, the a/c is not working now. After several attempts to call your service center in chennai, no response as of date. The service technician inspected the machine and promised to resolve this issue but until now, nothing has been done.

If the problem is not resolved today, I have to resort to book a case in Consumer Court for the hardship we have been experiencing. If you cannot resolve this problem, i request you to kindly replace the a/c unit with a new one without charging any additional cost.
