More than 10 days have passed since I made an online request for servicing of our air conditioner. No one has yet come to service the air conditioner. 2 days ago I called up the too free number. I was given a docket number - RNA 110428037698 - and was told that someone would contact me within 2 hrs (which never happened) and that the work would be done within 24 hrs (which also never happened).

Service of LG is pathetic since they have outsourced the servicing to private contractors. They have absolutely no control over them.
