We have made a complaint as our new A.C.s Swing was not working. A complaint with Number RNA110613096917 dated 13.06.2011 was lodged. The technician has visted and removed the part and informed us that it has to be replaced. But so far there is no information from the LG service centre as when this will be replaced. There is poor coordination between the call centre and the local franchise. Please take up.
