I have bought a LG 1.5T split A/C on 12th June and I installed it on 15th June of the same. For the first 4 days there was no problem. But for the last 4 days its not working. I have filed a complaint on 25.06.2011 by morning 10. they assured me that some technician will come and attend within some hours. But no one has come till now. I made call for three times, but the response is the same. Ihave a kid of 3 years old and hope u all know the housing structure and the hot climate of chennai.
I'm very much disappointed at LG customercare service. I feel very bad that my baby could not sleep peacefully eventhough we spent almost 36, 000 for the A/C.
