A LG Branded TV I bought last
year in Oct that worked very well almost 8months and my bad luck, it had
got problem occurred in July this year with Picture size reduced.
Same time the complaint launched on 26th July & attended by Engineer who
had done some setting and issue resolved temporary that worked for 1 day
only.
Again like the way 3 more time complaint launched and engineer did
something that worked every time not more than 2days.
5th Time complaint launched on 3rd Sept and till today on 16th Sept, it is
not yet attended by anyone.
During exercise by your engineers, my television problem has add up of
picture alignment out.

i can also pass above information on LG INDIA COMPLAIN ID i.e
'[email protected]' and '[email protected]'
but after 4 reminder there are still no responce.
its clear that LG INDIA are not serious about product service.
