Dear Sir
Purchased 3.2” Touch Screen Mobile through India Times Order No.112269763 dated 23.03. received product (Mobile phone set) 2 week of April. While using the same, I am coming across following issues
1. Caller name is not displaying or appearing on screen.
2. While saving Phone numbers in SIM, it is not saving in SIM; instead it saves in to phone
I am using AirTel SIM post paid
I tried all options by using different SIMs or service provider to resolve above problem but it is not resolved.
I know you are giving good service after sales also.
There fore, I request you to resolve above 2 mentioned defects of set or product.
Once the set is rectified from defects, Please send it to following Address
