I had purchased LG Window AC in July. It was operated for about 3 months with 4-5 hours operation. Even, the first service has not been done, it stopped working. I lodged complaint to LG Helpline on 14th April Complaint No. C 1041406133. The part (PCB) was taken on 14.4.2010 but the same has not yet been replaced yet inspite of repeated reminders in Helpline, Senior executive and service centre. Ten days have passed and my son preparation for AIEEE engineering exminations has been badly affected. Kindly suggest solution.
