LG Window AC
Coplaint not attended

Hi,

I register my complaint on date 25th May to LG customer care regarding Window AC which is not getting ON.

Complaint No. : RNA120525088463

After three days one service engineer come to attend the problem and after checking that he found that PCB controller card got faulty. Then he told to us, after two days it will be replaced but none of any service engineer coming to rectify the problem and even neither he nor his supervisor picking the phone.

I have taken the 3 year AMC for this product, inspite of this they are not attending the compaint.
