I brought this LG window A/C on 5th feb from Next retail ltd.(borivali west). I found the product to be not functioning properly within few days after the date of purchase. I registered a complaint immediately on 20th march.
But recieved no reply from the LG customer support. After this i repeatedly complained at the call center many a times but recieved no help from their side.
Then i personally visited the 'Next' outlet to lodge a complaint. But being so patient for so many days recieved no proper reply from both the parties.
Finally a serviceman came to my house on 23 march and found a gas leakage problem in the A/C.
Inspite of the A/c being so new how can such a problem occur...?
So i claimed for a new product in place of the repaired one's for which the people from the company are not agreeing.
What should a consumer do at such a stage... please give me a solution... all that is happening is not right... i hope the company replaces my product as soon as possible.
