I was a postpaid customer upto 21 may.i converted my postpaid connection into prepaid connection.from 24 may i have registered a number of complaints with reliance customer care that by dialling *367# i am not able to check my account balance and validity. it shows an error message tnat (request not completed).*367*1#, *367*2# is also not working. after using net facility on mobile no it does not show the amount of data used and the amount of data balance with me.i therefore request that my complaint may please be resolved at the earliest.
