Cheating customers

On 6-10 i gave my mobile phone to service center for service. they checked my mobile phone and told its circuit board problem and it comes under the warranty. After 1 week i called in my mobile they told that they gave my mobile phone to the moto care. they told me to call them on 19-10. On that day also they didn't replied me well. on 23-10 they called me and told my mobile have water locked and its not come under warranty. they are asking cost for that
