VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

I HAVE ONIDA 21'' FLAT SCREEN .

I HAVE LODGE A COMPLAIN TO ONIDA CUSTOMER CARE ON 25/9, MY COMPLAIN NO IS 100 950 6638 1495 (FROM 98920 95948), BUT TILL NOW MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED, I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE MANY TIMES BUT OF NO USE NO PROPER RESPONSE .

ONE OF MY TV PARTS IS DAMAGE BUT CO. DOESN'T HAVE THE PARTS AVAILABLE WITH THEM, CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE TOLD ME PARTS IS NOT AVAILABLE NOW, WHEN IT WILL COME WE WILL GIVE YOU

SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY AND SUCH A POOR SERVICE BY ONIDA AND TOP OF THAT COMPANYs EMPLOYS MAKING THE CO.s IMAGE DOWN.

I AM FEED UP OF TALKING TO EXECUTIVES.

PLS LOOK IN THE MATTER AND TRY TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, IF MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED I AM GOING TO TAKE SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THE COMAPNY
