I have purchased micromax Q55 in July and also taken insurance from 3G Infocom (warrantyasia.net), and after one month accidently second sim socket was broken,
after that i have contacted authorized service center of mircromax and they have given me estimate around 3000 rs, than i have contacted 3G infocom as my mobile is insured by them,
They told me like we will repaired your mobile and than give you, so i have given my mobile to them. Till date i have not received my mobile repaired.
In between they told me that mobile was not repairable so they would give me the same new piece or cash, but when i went there to collect mobile they suddenly told me now its repairable and we will give you tomorrow evening, till date i have not received.
Even they are not giving me proper answers to my quries on phone and giving me silly excuses. I am very depressed and mentally harrased by them.
