4GB Long MP4 Player
CHEATING BY REDIFFMAIL

Respected sir,

I Placed an online order at rediffmail site (order no 5755762 dt 18-01) for 4GB MP4 player . total amount Rs 1759 was paid by my credit card.

but after 2months & 8 days, they have not despatched the product to me. i have wrote to them atleast 10 times, but they are either not responding or giving very usefulness reply.

so i request to the hounrable forum to please help me to get my refund. also they must be forced to pay a compensation for mental agony which i am facing since last 2 months.
