Inspite of DND service activated on my number i have Issue with Co-operate and commercial SMS and Calls

DEAR SIR,

I want to state that even-though I already have register in the DO NOT DISTURB. Even than i have received a text message from number 52020003 about a product and it deduct Rs 3 each from my two contact number accounts (91-9013017503, 91-9013017510).

Please register my complaints against the sms service, and please let me inform about the further procedure about this type of issues.

I will be very thankful to you. Please take proper steps regarding this problem, and let me inform about the progress of my complaint.

Please provide me the information regarding registering a legal action against such type of companies, I really want to register a case in consumer court against them
