Booked Product not Received

Dear Sir,

I have booked one Kodak camera C182 on 04.05. and your agent Mr. Akash Agarwal (Emp. ID 88118) told me that there is one offer for purchasing of this camera i.e. :

1. One Rebok watch

2. One Voucher for Rs. 10000/- which can be used at any retail outlet for purchasing of any item.

3. Upper-lower Trouser reebok

4. One Holiday Voucher for 3 persons.

So, according to this I confirmed to book the product and payment also made by my Credit card, the product booking ID is 440028771. and your person confirmed to deliver the product along with offers within one week, but till today I have not received any product from you. For this so many times I have already tryed your customer care but no proper response.

Today also when I called your customer care then Mr. Kapil told me that may be they have not received the payment and and asked me for Auth. Code. For this I have already contacted to my bank and they have given me Auth. code i.e. 909283.

So whatever you asked me I have already cleared from my side, so now please arrange to send my product at earlest with offers with 7 days.
