Charging cust for there mistake

LLOYD AC complain no: 28031246977.

Delivery co-ordinator: Madappa @ 9916857201.

AARKAY Technology Properiter-- Ramesh @ 9986871100.

They charged me Rs3000 to re-fill Collant, which was caused while fitting.

Madappa, Ramesh, used false language while talking infact they were not ready to talk at all.

They were just passing blame on each other. I forcly had to use bad words.

I spoke to Sandeep from cal center and he said he was the only one who spoke properly and had some info.

There service had been pathetic. Aarkay tech said talk to LLOYD I dont know anything.
