Lloyd/portable a/c
Not working properly

Respected sir/madam,

I have bought a LLOYD portable A/C on 2nd june from Nirmal tv centre, sultanwind road, Amritsar.

The a/c is not working properly from the very first day. After so many complaints no one can give me proper answer. I think i have make a big mistake to buy the LLOYD a/c. According to my view this is a defected piece, but not any person from service center takes the responsibility.please help me regarding this.
