Leakage and low cooling since the of purchase

Hii,

My name is Arvind Bose i m customer with LLYOD ac.since 15 months. And let me tell you i m not happy customer. I have complaints with the services the day i have baught this ac, the thing which hurts the most is the services, the last engineer who came was so rude, he was not eager to listen the problem that we had. Ultimately we are here again with the same problem again there is a water leakage when ac runs... i just want to know the services we are paying for are meant to give us the required satisfaction but there no such actions happening.. through this mail i want to get this fault done for all the time..
