I have purchased a longtel x200 fully loaded mobile phone from india but i have faced too problem in mobile phone i have contact to india branch but problem is still i have following problem with my handset 1.input voice (mice) too low other can’t hear my call voice loudly that said me speak loudly. 2.voice recorder input mice voice also too low 3.pc camera now working when we connect to usb cable to pc and select pc camera that only search. 4.when we use internet in mobile phone and download file from yahoo mail and another mail only 150kb doc file or xls file this mobile is unable to download and masses show unexpected file format but why (i have used 2gb memory card) 5.we can not synchronization this mobile phone to pc or not connect to internet through mobile phone. 6.mobile phone automatic restart when we open yahoo mail and another site 7.we can not download game in this mobile phone no any method to download game in guide menu of longtel x200. note:- i have send to our mobile phone for above problem to service center but problem is still. when we contact to Delhi head office for our problem that told me mobile will not function as per your requirement but this not my requirement this future of mobile phone. when i purchase to shop that told me all function will be work in this mobile phone and when i buy this phone and faced the problem than service center and main branch told me this function not working in this mobile phone but why???this is misguide to customer. Next time i have to go to longtel head office karolbag delhi but longtel engg unable to solve my problem and told me this problem will be not solve but this mobile is under warranty, and another meters is company told me go to shopkeeper and told them solve your problem. So pl help me what i do.
