Longtel dual sim S 500 mobile
Earphone broken and not finding the shop where i can get another one

I have purchased this mobile longtel S 500 dual sim touch screen mobile through indiatimes shopping (advertised in mumbai mirror and times of india) 2 months back . within few days the earphone developed a crack and broke . after many e mails i got the reply to send it back to delhi. the cost for sending back the parcel will be equal to buying the new earphone. i enquired about the service center or the spare parts shop at mumbai . but there is no reply from them. the purchase details are as follows-
