LUMINOUS Battery Model IL16000
Very bad service response

I have submited the complaint (no- DL524107) on 234th july And the luminous executive attended that complaint on 26th and says that your battreries will be replace within 48 Hours. Till date i have not getting replaced my battries. I thing i have done a big mistake with purchasing LUMINOUS BATTERIES.

Please take a necessary action in this case
