Poor quality of product

I have purchased new handset on 17th June and from the very first day it was not performing normal.

1) It was showing no connectivity when with the same sim in other mobile set was displaying full strength of connectivity.

2) Many times I had to switch off and switch on handset for connectivity.

3) While using application it use to get switch off automatically.

4) Battery back was less than one hour talk time.

I am very busy person and it took me time to finally trace Nokia care center to hand over the set on 8th July.

New Delhi Malviya Nagar center tried with changing software but the problem remained same.

Later on they have sent for repair twice to Bangalore and now I have been told to collet the hand set with replaced motherboard (IMEI No. Changed).

The phone which was not functioning from the very first day of purchase and it required to replace the mother board with in the first month of purchase.

I am not accepting this repaired hand set and request you to kindly provide me with new handset immediately.
