Dryer motor mistake

I have bought a whirlpool automatic washing machine model 801 bought from S.S.Electronics Bill no 1571 dated 9.01.10 with an extended warranty I have lodged a complaint with the wirlpool Silvasa-D&NH on no02606536735 on the 22 August and there has been no response from the compnay inspite of the numerous phone calls from our side.
