We purchased philips tv from local dealer on11.11. make philips model.21pt5438/94, sr.nobj1a0929017059 not working .we register complaint on31.0.08.2010 but still tv not working no actionhas been taken to rectify the defects.

kindly take immiidate action for repiar of tv set,
