I bought a Maharaja Food Processor FPMW – 300 from Star Bazaar on 3rd Jan ’11 the atta kneading blade broke in just 2 days usage, I asked the service guys to get me a replacement and was charged Rs 250 for a plastic blade which was paid (No Warranty for Plastic items, Humor me since 90 % of the material is plastic), the reason for breakage overload, The very day when I got the item replaced the Top of the kneading box broke. The safety lock which goes into the machine got stuck and the rest of the material was in my hand.

I have sent a formal complaint to Maharajawhiteline on their website informing on the same however there is no reply (understandable since I don’t think they can read and write). I tried calling the so called Service centre and no one receives the phone. I believe the Machine is made of cheap Raw materials which don’t last. My opinion to all avoid buying products from B to C centers like Star bazaar in Rajajinagar and avoid products from Maharaja White line at all cost. There are better Brands and materials available.

Used 5 times, paid a premium and still paying to get the accessories replaced. Has caused me more heartburn than the corrupt politicians in news
