I had purchased one Safari Cealing Fan of Marc Enterprises Pvt Ltd from their wholesale dealer & Supplier and also Authorised dealer Delhi Electric Company, B-1, Gurdwara Road, South Extension - 1, New Delhi- 110049, dated 02.03.2010.The fan costed me Rs. 8650.00 (Eight thousand Six Hundred Fifty Only.) and was installed at my Residence B-10/7361, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070 on 03.03.2010.

I had complained to Delhi Electric Company the same day that their is no air coming out of fan and the complaint (3651) was attended on 16.03.2010 by Marc (Mahavira Trading Co.), 1853, Bhagirath Palace, Delhi-110006, PH: 23864693, 23861875, 23873630. The employee of Marc who attended to my complaint given me a written report which states that Blade of my cealing Fan are Faulty and to be replaced.

Eversince i have been calling Marc bhagirath place office and Delhi Electric company but only got assurances of replacement and of lately they refused to attend my numerus complaint calls.

It is requested to kindly either get mr the refund or replace my fan at the earliest and oblige.
