I am having bsnl mob no. 9415223917. I requested bsnl to switch over my no. to vodafone. For this purpose several porting requests were made but on one or the other ground bsnl denied my request. when they said that your dues are pending, i not only cleared the dues but also deposited advance payment. Even no dues certificate taken from bsnl and was given to vodafone for their onward forwarding but this time bsnl said that some of there contractual obiligations taken at the time of taking this conenction are there so you can't switch over to vodafone.
so, i would like to request you to please look into the matter and solve this issue
