Dear Sir,
We purchased two Snap & Dice by watching the add in Television show. While delivering the product they were very sharp and delivered the products within no time.
After using it for one week, the bottom part of one item is damaged. We compained about this to the tele support of AAA tele shopping executives. They suggested us to courier the damaged part to their Delhi corporate office and we did the same. When we enquired online with courier service that was delivered a month back.
Till now we called them more than 1000 times and they are not responding / answering our calls. Whenever they listen my problem they are putting me on hold for long time until the line was disconnected.
This is happening every day for me from last one week.
Before to this they said informed us and sent a SMS stating that the product is delivered. But whenever we ask for the Docket number and courier details they dont have answer.
Please suggest us what to do and how to procede on this.
