Gas leakage twice

I have purhcased Ac on 19 march and it stopped cooling on 23 april due to gas leakage and after reparing the same on 27th april gas was again leaked on 29 th april. They have delivered the ac on 04th may to us but we are not agree to take the same. We want to repalce the AC and want a new one as the AC has some manufacturing defect resulting the problem.
