I bought Maxx mobile on 15.05.10 since then the mobile is not working properly and recently on 10.07.10 the LED display formed an crack and stopped functioning. I visited the Maxx service centre " manjunatha communications, Akkayapalem main road, Visakhapatnam on 18.07.10 and inquired about the repair as the mobile set comes under warranty. the service personnel said it will attract an service charge of Rs 850/- (LED display charges included) and refused to repair the defective mobile set under warranty terms and conditions. The maxx mobile care center is unable to retrieve the problem.
