Key ped not working

I have purchased Maxx MQ430 Mobile on 23-02. i hed complaint in my mobile key ped its not working so pls service centre"M/S POOJYA ENTERPRISES, ZONE II M.P.NAGAR, BHOPAL (M.P.) but ur service centre employees hed no responces with the coustmer he said to me that water goen in the mobile so the mobile out of warranty he not duing the service of the mobile.pls suggest me eairly as posible. THANKS
