Video format not play

Hi team.

I have purchase MAXX MX243 Mobile Handsets at Date 22/10. Rs.2100.

As per company manual the handset can play Video format, but when i am trying to play Video is gives error unsupported video format

No video format play in this handset.

I have checked it with Maxx gallery & service center.

They are not going to help me to resolve this problem.

Please help us to resolve this problem.
