I have purchased a nokia mobile from MEMMO DIAMOND PARK.the very next day i wanted to exchange the mobile for higher model which was costing more than the one i bought but they argued with me saying the billing is online so they cannot exchange the phone and misbehaved with me. The customer care in the said store is below standard, the manager in particular is an arrogant person who has got no respect for the customer.its requesting to all residing in vizag to boycott the store. this is the only way we can fight for better service our (customer) self respect.
