Tampering of cell

Hi,

Please find the below email trail which states about my complaint about tampering of my cell done by Mobile Store. They are using delaying tactics so that i lose my interest in following up my complaint.

I don’t know how a big organization can continue to behave ignorant like this. I am not sure guys what I have to do to get your

precious attention to my complaint.

Team,

As discussed over call & from multiple email threads, it is clear that this

was an intentional tampering on my

cell phone by the service technicians of Mobile Store, Marthahalli Branch.

This fact is also corroborated by the service technician of Mobile

Store, Indira Nagar, He has clearly stated that the cell phone has

been severely tampered upon for parts like motherboard & IC's being

burnt. Here, please be aware of the fact that my problem with the cell phone

was intermittent switching off of the cell, which does not in anyway affect

those parts.

Now since my allegations have been proven to be true, I would want response

from Mobile Store senior management

on the below points:

1. Quick resolution to my problem.

2. 100% Compensation for my cell phone.

3. Actions taken, so as to prevent such kind of mischief by technicians

in future.

4. Invoice generated as & when customer gives his cell phone for repair

along with details such as advance, if any

5. Compensation for the mental trauma caused by this

episode stretching over a four month period.

I will be planning my future course of action on this issue depending on

the response & resolution provided by your team

on the above points.
