I have purchased a micromax qc5 around October. after using 2 months in Dec the mobile was dead and i send to micromax service center 'Kaiser telecom' in vashi sector 17. there they took around a week to give the status. they said it should be send to level 3 repairing at Panvel 'Sai Telecom'. i submitted the mobile to them on 28 Dec and later they send the mobile to the company for repairing. but till date ie 06-Feb i haven't received the mobile. i call the customer care but they don't have the update when the mobile will be repaired and send it to me.
